Justine has significant experience in organisational development and people-centred strategies that improve organisational performance and employee well-being. Justine has extensive experience on national and state committees for the Industrial/Organisational (I/O) Psychology profession and is a member of national working groups for improving workplace psychological health. Justine’s vision for SIOPA is to create a strong advocacy voice that contributes to the growth and sustainability of the I/O Psychology profession in Australia.

Ali has been one of Australia’s loudest champions for gender diversity and mental health in the energy, construction and resources sectors. Ali brings a wealth of international experience delivering organisational development assignments creating people-focused business growth. Ali is passionate about developing sustainable solutions for the Industrial/Organisational (I/O) Psychology profession and maximising SIOPA’s national influence in industry.
