SIOPA CPD EVENT: USING PEOPLE ANALYTICS TO ENHANCE EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT

1.5hour CPD and networking event (5.30pm to 7pm – until 7.30pm for networking, 3 December 2018). Light refreshments provided.

During this session, Caliper will showcase people analytics in the context of informing your employee development strategy, including identifying and developing success models, building high-performing teams, and developing leaders. You’ll learn how to leverage workforce analytics to collect and analyze personality data to better align talent with company strategy and make smart talent decisions for your organisation.

SEAN CASAVECHIA (REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT, MIDWEST, CALIPER)

Based in Chicago, Illinois, Sean currently serves as Caliper’s Vice President overseeing the U.S. Midwest region.
