SIOPA aims to represent the profession of Organisational Psychology, practitioners at all career stages, professionals in related industries, and clients. As stated in our mission, we seek to promote the growth and sustainability of the profession, enhance its credibility and advocate and represent Organisational Psychology in Australia on matters that may affect the profession.
